The thing is that the problem persisted even after I let it warm up well and then I let it sit for an hour and restarted it and the problem still persisted.
Only when I disconnected the negative terminal for 15 minutes then hooked it up again did it cure my problem.
Worked fine. I let her warm up, ran it around town and she revved fine. I'll keep an eye on it, she's due for a major service now anyways.Hope that works for you Chuck, I never had another problem all season.
Thanks, I miss that ride since I sold it. Yes I only ran 20mm in the back, and nothing up front. I liked the way it looked like that.Awesome ride
Mind if I ask you about your wheel spacers?
20mm in rear only? Anything up front? Thanks
Thanks Pistha, congrats on your ride, make sure to post pics.Just bought a 2010 FX50s. I believe the ones he has 15mm in back. Nothing upfront .I would have gone 20mm in back but since he already has them...I like. May move those up front and get 20mm in back .we will see
