He tech didn't have much to say he claims that it happens sometimes especially when they do the recall on the dash they have to reset the sensor.

Install a new driver side valve cover onto Ed's 45.
1) Remove the intake, throttle body, any vacuum hoses, brackets and connectors that attached the valve cover.
2) Remove the coil packs and then remove all the mounting bolts around the valve cover
3) Once all the mounting bolts are removed, clean around the valve cover for any lose debris that may fall into the block.
4) Gently wiggle and lift the valve cover off the engine block. Clean off any excess old gasket sealer with a razor blade. Again make sure nothing get into the the block.
5) Prep the new valve cover with a new gasket and then rub a light coat of engine oil around the spark plug well rubber gourmet for ease of installation.
6) Apply a light coat/bead of gasket sealer onto the block
7) Press the new valve cover with a new gasket installed onto the block.
8) Re-install the mounting bolts, just finger tight and then tight each bolt down evenly. DO NOT tight one bolt all the way. Even out the number of turns on each bolts as you tighten the bolts.
9) Re-install all hose, brackets and connectors.
10) Re-install the throttle body, coil packs, intake and plug in all connectors.

It's like medical tourism. My car is on vacation at Handy_Andy's resort and it is definitely having a blast.
How bad was the driver's side in terms of oil leaking through the o-rings? The passenger side was the only one leaking so there was a pool of oil in the spark plug well.
When I changed the passenger side, the driver's side has no oil in the spark plug wells.
Andy, feel free to post whatever pictures you want.
