Hello all,
I've searched throughout this forum about hitting the redline on our FX but nothing came out.
Well, I hit the redline on my FX for a few times or more occasionally.
Some people say hitting the redline is a good thing which will make the motor last longer or healthy and clean up the carbon build up. (That's when you properly maintain your engine)
So I was wondering how hitting the redline will affect on our engine?
I still have the rev-limiter on though so I guess I am safe as long as I don't hold the gear long on the redline?
Addtional question.
When driving in manual mode, the gear does not shift even though the gear is on the redline range. With the rev-limiter, how far can I go on the redline?
However, hitting the redline sure feels good!
