...well, if you have a storage area, and DO decide to get aftermarket wheels, again...I highly recommend keeping them. Did you buy or lease? IMO, there's not a big difference between 21s and 22s. And personally, I LOVE the stock 21s. 24s are cool (for 2nd gen FX) but you gotta factor in the cost of tires too ($$$). And you don't wanna go cheap on the wheels. Forged is the way to go IMO. So now we're talkin mucho $$$$$, when the stock 21s can be powdercoated to look GREAT! 
I don't follow the 2nd gen's news on lowering springs, I know for the longest time there weren't any available... But that's definitely something I would do FIRST. You'd be surprise how much better a drop makes the FX look.
