New 2010 FX50s

Hey everyone. I bought a new 2010 FX50s yesterday and traded in my BMW 335i. I love the way it looks right now but want to do something to set it apart. All I can think of is putting new wheels on it, what else can you do? Also, it has 21" on it can you go larger, if so do you lose on comfort.

whatever you do, keep the stock 21's IMO. Or if you sell them, they're worth $$$. Do NOT let them go cheap.

Welcome to IS!

Something to set apart your FX that would not make it look bad:
- Tints on front windows
- Smoke your tailights (not too dark!)
- Wheels
- HID Fogs

You have a LOT of threads in here that can give you more ideas!

there isnt much for the 2nd gens...unless you want to paint up the trims grille lights etc, or get some original wheels...... other than that there isnt much....it also depends on your budget
 
Why would you ever go bigger then the 21's ? The Enkie wheels are designed for the FX50. You should leave them on the vehicle ....
 
Thanks for the warm welcome. I like the idea of HID fogs and lightly smoking the lights. Where do you guys get that stuff done?

Fog lights: http://www.ddmtuning.com/Products/DDM-HID-Kit-Slim-Ballast-35W-or-55W -you'll want to get the 35w H8 kit ( whatever preference in color you like will depend on the temp. 3000k, 4500k, 5000k ect.. )
Smoking the headlights: Igor @ 180°|CUSTOM

INFO@180CUSTOM.COM or check locally for reputable car custom shops. Should be around $500 to paint the front headlight housings and tint (paint) the outside tail-lights.
Also recommend getting a set of headlight bulbs @ http://www.theretrofitsource.com/product_info.php?products_id=126, you'll need a pair of the DS2 bulbs. Again 35w and whatever you'd like for color temp. Best price is on their eBay store, just make an offer at $30.

I got mine almost 3 months ago and been debating much the same. Problem is I like it pretty much the way it is! Some people say I should get a new exhaust, do the lights... maybe a set of wings and ab ejection seat! LOL. Enjoy the ride!

-hit up Gordon at Invidia get yourself the new cat back for our FX's
-Grab yourself a new set of 22" and get rid of those 21" unless you decide to paint it and drop on it.
-Think about clear bra (THINK HARD ABOUT IT) infiniti paint is delicate.
-DDM HID FOG LIGHTS
-Paint your grille or change it

It is black and that is an option I did not think of, thanks. Sorry guys it seems I really can't do anything on this site until I post ten times so I am going to be posting a lot. I want to comment on some of your awesome pics.
