Member's other Modded rides

It's funny, because I said the exact opposite when I went to NYC. I was just like wow people love their horn here. Light turns green and if you're not moving right then honkkkkkkk.

Make sure you take the Holland tunnel next time you visit NYC.

Nice work man - think you might want to pitch in for a tech day at my house one day this September? We are thinking cars, pool, BBQ & beer... With two guys on each corner I could have the Miata suspension installed in an hour. Got about four who are in already. If you got any projects you want to knock out... bring it!

Sure, I'm down. Just let me know when and where.

I've got 2 other modded rides. (Actually, I shouldn't say "other" since my FX45 is stock). The other 2 ('05 LGT racer/daily driver and '99 TJ trail/fun are very modded. Today I'll post a few details about the Legacy.

It is an '05 un-limited Legacy GT, currently 79k miles. Completely original stock motor and transmission. Most notable power upgrades are E85 conversion, upgraded turbo, exhaust, injectors, fuel pump, and dyno tune. In stock form on my local high altitude AWD dyno, LGT's and Sti's make around 190whp/210tq and do 0-60 in 5.3s (Car and Driver). Mine is making 343whp/390tq and runs mid 12's at 5860' altitude all day. Traps are 111mph-113mph. Best e.t. to date is 12.43 but I know it has a 12.2-12.3 in it.

As for other upgrades, it has a Stoptech BBK and lowered with Tein S-tech springs. I don't have many appearance upgrades other than 2 sets of wheels (summers and blizzaks for winter) and an aftermarket grill.

Installed rear H&R PCS coilovers to match front. What a pita, the whole rear interior had to come out. I put everything back nicely and couldn't find the bits to my ratcheting screwdriver so I had to rip everything apart again, no bits...have no clue where they went. I put it back sloppily as it was dark so next weekend I have to go back and redo the interior...again lol.

She was tucking tires, but I didn't care for it too much so the rear is set up at it's max height right now to retain the ability to carry cargo (had 3 MTBs and 3 people a couple weeks ago ride along). Front needs to come down a little to reattain the raked look.

Car is dirty...
Mods so far are H&R PCS coilovers
Khoalty budget LED AEs
Khoalty black kidneys
Rogue RSMs
BMW Rough Road Package
OEM BMW Clear corners and sidemarkers

Wheels (centers and lips) are still at powdercoaters. Still need to order new bolts, nuts, and an inner barrel. So that'll be closer to December to get that together.

Parts on order:
BMW Motorsport STB
H&R 27mm front sway bar

That's it for now and for a while as I need to concentrate on other things...I may be moving into Houston...inside the loop....and that will mean cutting down on spending/mods. If it happens it will take up most of my free time for renovating. It may be a rustic place as most of the older homes in Houston need a lot of work. I guess we'll see what happens.

Nice Riaz - I need to get my coilovers installed. Just no time.

Got the Miata's engine bay sorted out. Finally happy with the colors.
