The exhausts for the 45 is the same for the 35. However there are only a couple true dual exhausts on the market that are bolt on. Invidia and Stillen (may be more but those are what I know).
LMS doesn't make intakes for the 45 anymore. I contacted them and they said they had none in stock, unless something has changed it would be the same.
Jim Wolf Technology has an intake for the 45, its 150 for it shipped (sometimes less depending on who you get it from). I don't have one though, maybe someone with one will chime in.
Weapon R made a couple, but they were one offs, built to order basically. I am unsure if one can be had.
For cheap power, there is the +2 ignition advance. A search will reveal what is required. Seems to work very well on 45s, not so much on 35s.
Intakes can be custom made by a proficeint person. A local shop quoted me 450 I think to custom make a CAI for my 45 out of mandrel bent piping, to date not a single soul has done this.
Tunes are either Technosquare or UpRev. Each has its pros and cons. Technosquare is a flash, UpRev can either be a flash or it can be tuned for optimum A/F ratios and timing. The flash is a no fuss deal whereas the tuning will involve dyno time but will yield the most power.
The 45 isn't mod friendly as the 35 because the aftermarket doesn't seem to recognize the 45s existence lol. Well that and the 35 shares its engine with so many other platforms, which results in more profits.
