Local Pickup

Hi GlobeCLK,

I fly in to LA on 21st Oct at 2pm
then driving down to San Diego.

Back from San Diego mid afternoon on the 27th October

Do any of these dates work for you for a local pickup ?

Jon, if needed you can have them sent to my shop then pick up from me. I'm pretty close to the 5 and 55 freeway in Orange County. Between LA and SD.

They might be ready as early as next Friday (approximately 1 week) but if they don't meet the standard that I'm looking for then it will take alittle more time until they get it right. But they are coming really soon, so stay tuned. :smug:

That was actually rijc99's voice talking about his shop, not me hahaha. If you arrive at LAX and will be driving down the 5 freeway into SD, then I can definitely meet up with you, I will be on your path to SD. Please PM me for more details.

fxlr8, thanks for offering. I think what i need is to test-fit my core on the car, rather than looking at the existing knobs on the 1st Gen. Thanks though!

Do you see any black chrome for 06-08 (first gen) in the foreseeable future? Is there any progress with finding a tester for the 06-08? I would offer my vehicle for testing, but i'm all the way in Jersey..so i doubt that will help.

Hello,

Some people contacted me regarding testing on the 06-08, I will get in touch with a gentleman who is not far from me and arrange testing. If the initial testing goes well then black chrome 06-08 knobs wouldn't be far away.

If there are ANY progress regarding ANYTHING, I would let you guys know here. I appreciate the support!
 
I received mine a few days ago.. Install takes seconds and quality is good. Very nice compliment to the chrome touches. Thanks for making such a product!
 
I am interested in the knobs as well. But I would like to see the black chrome ones before I can decide which one to get.
