Got a chance to finally install the covers yesterday. Install was pretty smooth and the whole thing took about 1.5 hours. I'm pretty happy with the fit and quality; it's about 95% as far as fitment and I believe that's pretty good for aftermarket.
Fit and finish:
Almost as good as oem. Need to start at a corner and muscle in the rest of the cover for the best fit. Very small gaps. I'm quite happy with them.
Light output:
Bright Daylight: Front view is minimal, but the side angles are pretty decent. I took some pics from different angles and you can see that it's pretty visible.
Dusk: Looks bright and factory
Night: Pretty bright.
Some pics:
This is the route I took for the wiring. I found a grommet in the side and drilled a hole in the rubber grommet and passed the wire through.. Covered the wires with plastic covering for an oem look. In the pic, the wires are in the smaller black covering.

Some closeups to evaluate fitment:

Various angles:

As you can see in the pics, the quality is very good and fitment is almost oem. The light output from head on is dim, but the other angles are acceptable.
I've got some videos in daylight, dusk and in my garage.... waiting to upload to youtube, but that site is not cooperating at the moment. The vids show off the lights more and I think it looks pretty good.
