Because the demand on a handful of our products spiked unexpectedly towards the end of January through the beginning of February coupled with the fact that we had no way of predicting this – we were simply ill prepared and quickly ran out of stock on many items. Reacting as soon as possible wasn’t fast enough – and our customers (you) were forced to wait for their orders to arrive.
The Retrofit Source takes pride in providing the ultimate in customer service. A delay of two days is considered a failure on our end, let alone several weeks. Not cool.
