This looks amazing, don't know what it means by FX38S though, they might have dropped in a VR38DETT but I don't know if that would work...heres some pics

Hmmm...I wonder if HKS has made a TT bolt on kit for the 2nd Gen FX35 like JWT TT for the 1st Gen FX35 or if it is a custom build?

In Taiwan, with a lot of mechanical shops and auto parts manufacturers, a lot can be custom made at very cheap price and in short time. Image Invidia can make prototype exhaust within 3 ~ 5 days from scratch.
 
When I was in Taiwan last month, me and my buddy when see couple shops and talk to some people in Taiwan. Man, you can't believe that you can pretty much get anything in Taiwan, even a custom made body kit for the FX. If you drop off the car, then can take your front bumper, measure the dimension and create a thick PAPER moldand modified the way you want it and then building it with urethane. And as far as for BBKs and coilovers, Rotora, BC racing, Megan, etc are all made in Taiwan. They can even make any Brembo caliper to fix on your car with custom adapter. Or take the Porsche Caynne caliper to fit on to the FX. It is just insane.
