I wasn't sure if I was going to lower my car when I get wheels, but after seeing that pic I'm sold... Looks very good lowered.

The side picture of the wheels, says "changed to brembo brakes, american MOZ 22 extra large diameter."

Also a possible reason to change to fx38.. 38 in mandarin means a obnoxious or ditzy person. Found a more literal explanation... the phrase san ba (三八) or "3 8" comes from 11 (十一), the sum of 3 + 8, when written in vertical Chinese style, could easily be mistaken for the character tu (土)or dirt. Calling someone 38 meant you thought they were dirt, and was a phrase directed at girls exclusively. Nowadays the phrase has mellowed to mean "bimbo", or "bimbo-ish" and can be directed at guys also...

Or just the new displacement of the engine hahahhaa
 
Don't think that is a built motor. Looks to be a HKS TT kit for the VQ35, with GReddy intercooler kit for the HR. GTM oil pan spacer, Nismo injectors for a RB25, Brakes are G/Z not sure why they ran the rear brake line like that, Apollo suspension.
