I can get the paddles for $323 brand new. The cover is $122. Bracket is $125 from REX. So its about $575 total.

... I found a very good deal for used brackets and used cover set for $150.

Whoops, silly me. I meant paddle shifters, not brackets. I purchased for the mounting brackets from Rex.

If im not mistaken, the oem brackets are welded on to the whole column. Do you have pics?

:smile (2): Whew. That was a good find on the used paddle and steering column covers.

I just looked up the column cover and the part number isnt the same for the g37. I was going to buy the whole steering column from a seller but didnt know if the cover would fit also.

I installed the mounting bracket and paddle shifters last night using SCY7H3's DIY guide. Overall, it took about 30 minutes. I went for a highway test drive immediately after, and the paddles feel great.

Finished this mod yesterday. So if you're going to go my route and buy the paddle shifters used, then chances are they won't come with the necessary bolts to install them on the OEM mounting points. I bought the bolts from Home depot. You're going to need the metric hex bolt size: M6 (x2) with the same size hex nuts of course.

I also bought jumper wires from Fry's Electronics (Look in the computer section) to hook it up to the harness behind the A/V unit. They weren't the exact same size as the pins and didn't fit as snug in the wiring harness but they worked. I definitely recommend Rex's wiring kit if you have the extra cash.

and heres a used one on ebay:

Just wanted to share that info. Good luck gents!
