Anybody have clunking with their coilovers? Mine seem to have started today.
Got rid of the clunk....I just had to tighten the center top nut in the engine bay, it was super loose.

I've noticed most clunks and noises come from something being loose. Guess mine is finally all tightened up.Got rid of the clunk....I just had to tighten the center top nut in the engine bay, it was super loose.
I've been riding on the BC's for some time now. I've driving at different adjustment settings over this time. What im feeling is the springs are a bit mushy mainly at the rear. Let me explain, when driving down the highway and hitting a little dip in the road the car squats hard in the rear, fronts seem ok. You can feel the back end go way down and then up. Never felt this with stock, Eibach or H&R's. I tend to ride mostly at a few clicks from hard to try to control the squat but at higher speeds it doesn't help much. The FX does handle way better than all 3 springs in cornering. I like them highly for this. Perfect ride would be H&R spring ride with BC handling.
I know of another member that has mentioned to me he's feeling the same squat with the Megan's.
Because the rear height adjustment is the way it is, consider doing the spring bucket mod to lower the spindle, so you can have the spring at a higher position. Spring rate alone will not solve the issues being mentioned. I haven't looked to see how the shock body is on these. They do have the spring rate proportions correct with higher rates in the rear.
