BC Coilovers Info & Unboxing (03-08 FX35/FX45)

is it because your ite rods are getting old or is this something we are going to have to deal with??? I have some new ones if that is the case but waiting on the solution on the squeak.
 
that would be nice I made an attempt but ended up not following through due to having to get an alignment because of messing with the tie rods. but I do recommend doing this on a lift as the angle for removing the nut is not enough with the jack.

yes pillowball mounts make noise, but the rears shouldnt they have rubber inserts

Waiting on the replacement outer tie rods from infinitipartsusa.com, the squeak is extremely annoying now.... every bump, every turn... Squeak Squeak Squeak.

Still love the coilovers though..
 
i used to have squeaky sounds every time i used to go over a bump or run over a pot hole.. what i did was get a can of liquid wrench(the one for lubing chain and moving parts) and lubed every moving part of my suspension front and back.. no more squeaky sounds.. dont know is this would help but is good to put it out there... good luck fixing this problem..

minimum advertised pricing is $999 that keeps you at the full warranty. it will never be less bc is very strict about this.

i can throw in a goody or something if we get some buyers etc...but thats all im allowed to do.

Changed the outer tie rod and the squeak is still there. I raised the car up a bit with the jack and turned the wheels and the squeak goes away.... I don't think our cars like being this low. I am open to suggestions now, I think it has something to do with the power steering system because I can hear it with a stethoscope touching the tie rod.
 
It goes away when I raise it but that is around the height it was before the coilovers...ugh. Hopefully it is something else and I can keep it at this height.
 
Sucks man, came together well in the beginning.....I was all set to buy these but I'm now waiting for the fxlr8 seal of approval. Damn, the ride height LOOKS so good...
