Without my FX for 1 or 2 months

the way he was saying it was as if the ecu problem is caused because i have not done that service. which is bs
 
The dealer called and apologized for some of the unnecessary things that was said. I asked the manager if all the 30k services were needed, after they inspected my vehicle he replied no because it is not due for that yet. So as to me paying $500 for a service that would of been a waist of money at this point. I have never had a problem with anyone on this forum nor do i want to. I want to continue using this forum but if there are people like jay in this forum i think it is useless to talk to someone like that. In my point of view i have made a lot of friends on this forum that have helped me a lot in a lot of situations. Now Jay if you have a problem with the way i type over the phone or if you don't understand something you can be polite and a man and say i do not understand what you wrote previously. If you want to go and insult me by all means again go ahead, I will not stoop to your level. We can go at this as long as you'd like, at the end of the day you are just making yourself look like an ass.

The dealer probably called to apologize because they read the forums.

Whenever I go in for an issue Ill start with... You know I read on the forum about this problem... After that, the problem is taken care of.

Sorry about the issues with your ride.

And typing on an iPhone does suck.

Does your iPhone not auto correct spelling for you? Mine usually capitalizes first words, and I and stuff like that.
 
no because i took it off and also i type in other languages so it gets annoying because i have to "x" the auto correct
 
Well looks like the issue with your FX is going to get resolved. If not, you can always take it to Cheryl. I'm going to be due soon.

Dude you don't have to justify yourself. People will say negative stuff just for the heck of looking smarter than you. As long as you made your point across that's all it matters. looking forward for updates!
 
UPDATE



after two weeks of the car being in the vehicle i got a phone call that the car was ready for pick up. When i got to the dealer they showed me all the work that was done on the vehicle. The entire ECU and electronically systems were updated and upgraded from Infiniti Japan. As i was about to drive out my friend took a round the car and noticed that the front right bottom bumper was damaged. Right away i got out the car and called over one of the advisors. The advisor signed his own business card stating he was a witness that the vehicle was damaged in the dealer and that i had not drive out. Today 4.27.10 i go to check up on the vehicle i see that the car is still sitting in the dealer I ask what happened and when it will be fixed my advisor tells me their doing an investigation because they just dont damage cars. So they will be checking their cameras to see who did it and also the advisor said he asked the car wash guys if they damaged it and of course they said "NO". I cant do anything but sit and wait and see what happens with this whole mess. :(
 
damn man, that sucks. was the damage bad or more of a scuff?
 
it was right between the mold and the bumper it self it looked like someone just grinded it against the wall
 
ah damn, that sucks. As usual, no one did it. Good thing you guys caught it before you left.
 
damn man, infiniti is just making it harder for you to get your car. at least it's not you fault with the damage. i donno how you could be this patient, i would literally spend a whole day blasting their sorry a$$ over all that has happened. Hope you get your car all nice and clean man.

thanks man but im not patient that stupid EX i was driving im 6'4 so imagine me in that did not look right at all loll..... and im not patient i already contacted a lawyer because Glendale Infiniti is basically already saying it is not our fault you did it so ya. ;( . And i have already given them a piece of my mind
