What did you do to your FX / QX70 today?

Crawl under the car and take a couple shoots of the rear spring and the upper seat/rings and a couple shoots of the shock as well. I can't see why your installer saying that he afraid the spring will pop out if he raise it three more turns?

Yeh especially with all the weight of my system i think he was jus being cautious bc he never saw a system that heavy, tomm i will raise the rear and see what happens LOL

Thanks!! I actually just finished installing the headlights on the fx this evening, but it was getting dark, so didn't get to wire up the angel eyes. Will do that tomorrow. I'm also going to write up a DIY for all the headlight mods I did (tsx clear lens, blackout, angel eyes).

Yeah they look killer on white, plus I plastidipped my front grill, so looks even better now. :)

Was trying to wire up my angel eyes, having a bit of trouble wiring them correctly, would appreciate any help. I want to use an expandable fuse circuit like the one in the link below:

http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00K17M2IU/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o02_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

I also want to add a switch so that I can control the angel eyes independent of the dtrls and headlights, etc. So from my understanding, the positive wire that is coming out of the fuse circuit should attach to the pin on the switch labeled "power", then the positive wire that is going to the angel eyes should be attached to the pin labeled "ACC", right? The the third pin on the switch is labeled "ground", the negative/ground wire from the angel eyes should be attached to this pin right? Do I need to connect another negative/ground wire to the "ground" pin from the negative battery terminal? or is there another negative/ground wire that I can connect from the driver footwell area to the "ground" pin?

Appreciate any help!

You're correct on the Power and Acc connection. You can ground the AE and the switch together, but I don't see any good reason to run another long wire from the switch ground to the AE. I would just ground the AE to bare metal and ground the switch to bare metal somewhere convenience. Anytime you need ground on the car, just connect the ground wire to bare metal on the body (body ground).

Man I really want to do angel eyes. Kinda scared of baking these expensive lights though. Didn't care on my Subaru.

Of the 3 pieces needed:

1 from ebay
2 from orderinfinitiparts.com

And one of the pieces had to be painted because the only available part of the set was in the "garnet" color.

If anyone is looking to get the aero kit, act now, because they are becoming pretty scarce.

Nice where did you end up finding the kit?

:good: :good: Love the 2nd Aero kit. Glad you remove the chrome door edge guard. The body flows alot better! As I have mentioned before, you can have the door edge guard painted body color.

That's awesome you got it, they are being discontinued for good...def act now if you want the kit or at least the aero lip.
