Can I know where you got that from?

If you post it on the Internet by no means does anyone need permission. To use it. Espically on Facebook.

Go learn something about copyright law before you spew bullshit.

It is my vehicle and my photograph, I may post when and where I please. That does not give anyone else the right to re-produce, communicate, or exhibit my work, without my express consent.

Have you read Facebook user rules? Anything you put on it is public.

No. If you post anything on FB you are granting FB the right to use that picture.

That does not mean someone else can come and use that picture on their own website. I am still the copyright owner of that work.

Ok understand that.. But what are you going to do about it? Someone taking your work you posted online? Going to try to do something about?

Probably not, I found what I believe to be the source of the image, and I see no reason to try and level with some russian instagram page with 130 followers.

That still does not make what they are doing right, and I have every right to be displeased about it. If you see the original image on instagram, the quality is much higher than it is posted here, and the only thing cropped out of the image is my watermark.

At the end of the day for me its not a big deal cause I take pictures for the fun of it. But I hate this trend that social media is pushing artistic work, including photography and cinematography down.

I happen to have one of Top Gear Magazines main photographers as a friend on FB and his photography page has less than 1000 followers. Yet at the same time, the pages that are constantly stealing his work, and re-posting all the works of other photographers without any due credit have hundreds of thousands of followers. It Bullshit Frankly.

Unfortuantly that is the world we live in. I'm in the horse world. Horse riders are lazy and take an image directly off the photographers website with watermark still on it. But truth is no matter. Who takes it. Nothing can be done.

Finally got around to installing my blacked out headlights. Seriously waited too long for them. Bought them months ago, finally got them in today.

Washed. Then clay bar. First time I have clayed a car. Stuff is amazing. There were spots on the car that would not come off with a regular wash. The clay was like a magic eraser. The front doors were the dirtiest; lots of gunk showed up on the clay. She is sooo smooth now.

You absolutely should wax a car after clay barring it. The process tends to really blow through the protective wax on a vehicle.

But I am with you there, clay barring a car makes the paint feel soo good.

Many of u saw my pictures of my accident just wanted to post an update, the fx isnt totaled and they already began working her shell be back soon just hoping i get no suspension or drivetrain issues after the repair! mazape2a.jpg

I had my personal body shop look at it after the all state adjuster looked at it and they assured me there was very little damage to the actual pillar the doors took most of the impact like champs! Planning on doing some mods while shes away in the shop (suspension/fender roll, and possibly changing gray headliner to black suede)
