What did you do to your FX / QX70 today?

thanks guys!! Glad it wasn't worst but i have to make sure there's no suspension damage or underbody damage.. As far as matching the color, i'm getting all of them done.. and i found out on the GTR forum that prismaticpowders.com kingsport grey is the closest match to the dark gunmetal color on the GTR wheels
 
Washed the FX in the garage today, it's been a while since she had a bath. Always love caressing those smoth flowing curves with my micro-fiber wash cloth.
Using Optimum No Rinse with just the 2 bucket method is so easy.

Thanks Andy. That ONR is fantastic. I have to order some more soon.
 
They have a wash & wax now, that's green. I wonder if it works just like wash & shine, but adds the protection of wax?

I noticed they had a ONR wash and wax now. I considered it but it puts on a carnauba wax so I would not be able to add extra layers of my Zaino Sealant after using it. It does sound pretty good though.

Andy, did you notice much of a difference from the regular ONR.
 
So Wayne you wash and clay really well and then do the sealant?

Would you say it's better to do sealant 2 times or sealant then wax on top?

I worry about waxing on top of sealant will get rid of the sealant more.
 
Buddy of mine just gave me some Z3 and Z8 he had, I think someone gave it to him and he didn't want it either. Only thing I'm worried about is that the Z3 is less than half full I think, not sure about the Z8. Should be fun to try out though.

Wayne, I do see a little more shine using the ONR with Wax when compares to the regular ONR.
