Bubbling Dash NO Warranty Extension in Canada

Call to all Canadian members.

1. Any one got its dash replaced outside of warranty
2. Any one got answer from local dealer or Infiniti Canada about the issue
3. I`m so pissed off that I`m going to be talking to the local APA and Lawyers to see what can be done. Why is this an Issue in US but not in Canada.

I talked to the dealership and asked them to call the Canadian Infiniti Rep. The answer I got was, not many issues were reported in Canada regarding dash bubbling, so it is not covered for Canadian FX owner.

Canada does have a " Customer satisfaction program " for the dash board and has extended the waranty to 8 year/unlimited milage ... I posted this before but it may have been in another thread

do you have anything to prove it, bulletin or letter from infiniti.

When I talk to the local dealer it's like talking to the wall.

I would think so. I purchased my FX from a Lincoln dealer but it was leased and serviced at my local Infiniti dealer. So I had full service history for my car. And yes, I did receive a letter in the mail directly to me.

bought mine from a Benz dealership, never been to an austin infiniti dealer and yet i have been receiving extended mfg warranties in the mail. you should check with an infiniti dealer if you haven't received your letters.

Just a update, Jumped on this issue after reading up on this post. Called the toll free number listed on the letter. All I have to do now is take my FX into a local dealership so they can order my Dash. :)
 
I am surprised you waited this long after I posted my letter awhile back. Glad your getting it replaced.

thats good to hear . i got mine replaced recently also . i did the same procedure you did also i had to call consumer affairs and they sent me the letter and i was on my way to drop off the FX for a new dash .. thank god cause those bubbles where getting annoying . well thanks infiniti
