Bubbling Dash Warranty Extension (96 months / Unlimited miles)

Which dealer did you go to in Milwaukee?

I know that they're both International Auto now, but the people at the north shore location have always been awesome for me.

its North Shore, I bought it there when it was Safro, even asked specifically about this issue, was told it wasn't an issue in the north by a sales guy named Peter. 3-4 calls to them and Infiniti since, nada, but my carpet dash cover looks great for clients, car still only has 62k and its a beater :"(. Eying the A5 next

I called my dealer last week in CT about that very issue... he put my VIN into the computer, told me I was covered and ordered the dash- it is being installed today at no cost and I got a loaner to boot! I believe he said it is 8 years from the in-service date.

Was told bring it back "anytime" for free replacement on 12-22-12. Anytime ended 1-4-13. Never got the letter they sent out either. That is why I have testified against Infiniti in the class action case in Kansas City in 2014 where they lost and will do so again in 2016 in California.

My 2004 FX35 with 115,000 miles got the bubbling dash started after the extended warranty expired. I contacted the Infiniti rep per the instructions from the dealer, but Infiniti refused to repair the dash under any type of warranty. I understand its a $2,000 - $3,000 job at the dealer so I opted not to pay to have it replaced on such an old vehicle. Instead I purchased a nice custom fitted dash cover to hide the bubbling.

i have the same issue and my local car stereo shop gave me a number for a place that does vinyl wrapping. i hope this helps and not just a band aid.

Hi, Tks 2 this amazing forum, i also got my dash fully replaced here in TW.
They said they heard nothing about this extended warranty and bubbling dash issues.
Very sneaky! Took 2 days and all done now....Tks all!

I have a 2003 and I was told by multiple mechanics that the dash should be replace due to safety and that there is/was a class action suit against Nissan/Infiniti for this. But I can't seem to find anything!

I noticed bubbles shortly after I purchased my 08 FX and I googled the issue and found the Service Bulletin. I took my car to the dealer and they replaced it in one day without fuss and even gave me a new 2015 Q50s as a loaner. I am very pleased with Infiniti's dealer service thus far!

Did you buy it direct from Infiniti? if not your out of the Texas Lawsuit. Search my other post for info on the case.
