My FX has been parked in the small, 12-car lot in front of my room in the back of my building for a couple of days. Tonight, I leave my room for a bit to study in the lounge and I get a phone call, "Jordan, somebody threw an ice cream cone on your car."
So of course, I get there as quickly as possible to assess the situation. All though it does not look bad, All of the ice cream decided to make its way to where the windshield wiper motor is. So, I most likely have some creamy goodness down there which I will take care of at the DIY car wash tommorow.
Otherwise, I wiped everything off of the windshield and checked the entire car for any scratches or key marks, etc.: luckily there was nothing else.
This may not seem like that much of a big deal but it kinda is for me.
This was either the work of somebody who knows me and my car and knows that this would really piss me off, or it was somebody who chose the nicest car in the lot to throw some ice cream at......

Wow..... This makes me wanna go stuff some ice cream down some college kids throat!!!! Sorry about that s!@# man. I'd be heated...:mad:

Yeah man, I know it's not too big: it's not like they slashed my tires or keyed me or anything: but it's still vandalism and inconsiderate to me, and it just pisses me off.:mad: thats why I am living off campus next year with a garage/car port.
 
f**k them haters. A bunch of peoples cars have been messed with at my school too. So far not mine, lets hope it stays that way. Knock on wood!!!!!!! Sorry JB, it could have been a lot worse though.

Yeah dude some people are lowlifes.....But it is true that it could have been much worse...i spent 10 minutes checking the FX for any other damage.
 
I thought you had a car cover? In all reality an ice cream cone is probably the most considerate thing they could have thrown. At least it wasn't a road flare... I've seen that at least twice that I can remember, both times in a school parking lot.
It clearly wasn't someone trying to mess up your car. My money is on a friend of yours that had one too many Jager bombs.
 
My mom had a plate of refried beans on her 4runner windshield when parked in front of my house one night.

I doubt it was a personal attack - just some doofballs in the wrong place at the wrong time.

I only use the car cover if I know it's going to snow...and I am glad it was only ice cream and nothing else was done...it's still annoying though...

That would have been way worse. I am lucky it was one ht eglass, but i have to go to the DIY car wash and get all of the runoff out from where the wiper blade motor is.

meh idk because my school is pretty small and especially since it was right outside my building....not saying "peaople know me" but, people know me lol. like i said, could have been random-throw-it-at-the-nicest-car
 
Sorry to see that JB. No one deserves to get their car messed with. Get that wash and you'll be right back in the game! :cool:
 
That's the look I'm after!

I have to get me a set of those black 20's... flat-out bad-ass! IMO, one of the toughest looking wheels out there.
My first mod will be the dark tails.
Q: For my standard headlamps, can I achieve the same darker "Sport" look by simply film tinting, rather than replacing entire lights?
