I think you have all the fine points covered. 12k per year, and your last payment are moving your monthly slightly higher then mine. Otherwise you are right, it's a very good deal.
The invoice price of the vehicle is critical though. If you are dealing with Glendale, chances are that sales person is not starting at invoice. In fact, I wouldn't go there first, I would call. Tell the sales person over the telephone you are ready to sign the deal but you want the car at invoice. Let him tell you, 'to take a walk'. Once you hear that, you know you have a good deal.
I'll be really curious to see when Infiniti starts up production and shipping again. Clearly, they want to move all existing US inventory before any new cars come on shore.
