I just saw I beleive turbo's write-up for changing it, but how do I determine if it needs changing?
Is there a given mileage for it?
Thanks!

Make sure to use the carbon activated filter instead of the paper one.I just saw I beleive turbo's write-up for changing it, but how do I determine if it needs changing?

Product Description
Outside air flowing through the vehicle's ventilation system can expose passengers to road dust and pollen. FRAM Fresh Breeze Cabin Air Filters can filter 98% of these contaminants (particles ranging from 5-100 microns). Each FRAM Fresh Breeze Cabin Air Filter contains Arm & Hammer backing soda and carbon which are embedded into the filter to absorb odors and freshen the air.
$13.42
anyone tried this one? it has baking soda and carbon in the filter (cheaper price too)

Don't think anybody has this, good find.
Is this the version (p/n) we need for the FX?
I just got the charcoal one from filtermaster. Great investment.
Ive been using those already and I think the key is to wipe down and disinfect the cabin air filter compartment.
I was less happy with the last carbon filter change since I skipped the cleaning step.
I do run the AC off to reduce the smell, but it seems to come back very easily.
this filter I posted fro FRAM seems cheaper to replace so I can do it more often.
I think I need to change mine out - good thing I have a Philips Screwdriver hahaha
Hey Merch - what do you wipe it down with?
if my car smells when i turn the air on... is it this?? and can i get it replaced with warranty....
