^^ +1.. 20mm all around will be same & nice but if you ever get wheels that have a lower than stock offset or a wide wheel with close to stock offset, you might rub. If you don't plan on changing wheels, get 20mm ones. If you plan on wider wheels then maybe 15mm is safer.
if he is planning on new wheels in the future, why not just by the correct offset then? I know some wheels dont offer many choices
