Fx body kits! Who seriously wants one?

I was at JT Auto Styling yesterday, and I talked to Tony the owner. He is very interested to creaing and paying for molds of rookie's FX. He acctually had a Copy of the Rides magazine and new what I was talking about as soon as I mentioned it.

He already makes body kits for all sorts of cars as well as Lambo Doors.

Didn't Rookie have a mold for his front bumper already? I thought he just doesn't have the mold for sides and rears.

I THINK THAT GRILL LOOKS NICE BUT, THE GRILL IS SUCH A SMALL ITEM THAT ALREADY HAS PLENTY OF OPTIONS AVAILABLE FOR FX OWNERS.

Being that this is NOT going to be a wide body like Rookies, how does everyone feel about the Z side skirt w/ the little air duc in front of the rear wheel like the 350Z kit on the link prior?
Also, how do yah feel about vent sections on the bumpers and skirts inspired by the look of the Saleen S7 (NOT JUST LIKE):thumpdown::top:

To add my 2 cents.

Keep in mind that most FXs are not slammed to the ground. When the front has any kind of flat diffuser or too much lip it will look a bit awkward with 7"+ of ground clearance.

Everyone has their own taste, within the FX community you'll have some that like the rugged urban look while others make like the race look and still others will like the dub look. None are wrong, when everyone has their own style.

Thats so true.
Yours caught my I just because of the race and sport look that I appreciate. Heck, I remember chasing you down in Westminster streets for block just to find out where you got yours from. Race look will be the focus I'm going with but duly noted (Rookie) on the hieght of the FX vs. the flat lip of the bumbers. That will be taken into account. The lip wont be nearly as far out as the S7 for example,but I love the vent look. (as long as its done right)

This is the last pic of toying around with this kit idea. Front view scketch, And yeah I named it for $hits n giggle$

Why the ghostly style picture? I think people would want to see a much more detailed picture of your sketch to make a better informed decision.

:err:The pics were done just as a ruff scetch by computer toying with the ideas. I'm NO Chip Foose but just using todays technology to mix somethings up. Once I find one that grabs me and I get positive feed back, I'll draw it out by hand. Those took 15mins to throw together yet Im surprised they came out pretty good. Still playin with somee other ideas tonight.:confused:

Here's a couple I did of M5 front bumpers on an FX

BETTER?....:thumpdown::top:............... I THINK IT LOOKS PRETTY HOT!!!:4tongue:

The front bumper isn't bad, but something about that corner vent. Either it needs to be smaller or closed off completely. It gives me a hollow feel to it...just my thought.
