thanks to all, i found and met cheryl and she helped me get my door actuator replaced. i guess my car and service history helped to get infiniti to cover the costs. the whole service was excellent. loaner given. replacement done according to schedule. and "No Wash" granted as i always request :tongue:.
 
Glad everyones been happy with Cheryl.....but just remember the ol saying "you scratch my back and I scratch yours".....so throw some business over to her when you can.:tup:
 
brought my car to Metro today for some minor stuff to take care of. Again, no one can beat the service from Cheryl and since she doesn't work on saturday and monday, I'm gonna keep the loaner till tuesday!:wink:

Hey I was there today too - around 130pm
 
I was at metro today -

Change out the belts (Thanks again Jeff - I finally used them)
Oil Change (thanks alan saved me a $1.20)
And my Cig lighter wasnt working -
Cheryl took care of the FX!! :tup:


While I pulled up there was a couple in Cheryls office, Cheryl called me in and it was a new member here on iS that read this thread and went to go see Cheryl. he told me his handle but I dont remember it.....if you're here say hi bud!

Yeah Metro's great, I was really burnt after going to about 3 dealerships shopping for my fx. So I fianlly just called around, Metro was one of the last places I called and I actually finalized the deal over the phone with Juan Bernal, I was actually just looking for a RWD with nav in moonlight white but he couldnt find one anywhere, anyways I ended up with AWD, touring and nav for roughly the same deal anywhere else for just the rwd and nav. I picked it up around 10:30ish p.m.. Got home went to sleep and when I went to check out my car in the morning I found a door ding! How coild this happen? I went straight home, my car is the only one in the garage. Cheryl was great she set me up in g35 kept my car for a couple of days for a detail and ding repair. To this day I can still feel the pain of finding that ding on my brand new car, they made it feel better, but it still hurts a little.

How much did you pay for your 09 if you don't mind me asking?
 
haven't been on in a minute... been busy with music and work... but had to give BIG PROPS to Cheryl... took care of some drive belts, new heater hose, and was able to hook me up with a new un-bubbly dash all on the same day... BEST SERVICE EVER! well worth the drive...
 
The great service cherly.
She took care of me when my window moldings were fading and when my dash started bubbling and when my navi screen color was gone.
I can not speak English well, but, she try to listen to me. also, she is very kind.

but, another service guys is not great service for me.
my car has some noise. when I went metro infiniti on the warranty, they don't give the loan car. I don't know why...I asked service guy, I don't know his name. he is taller and thin....anyway..he said just metro manager doesnt give me the loan car. -( I was on the list,appointment)
that's why i can not get a loan car.

Cheryl just took car of my throttle body under warranty and got me a nice G37 loaner. GREAT service experience and definately worth the drive.

There were a lot of loan car in parking lot. also, I went maybe 1:30 pm. and I was on the apponitment list.
I went 5 time same problem. but never took care of me. so I called "DTS" guys.
and They took care of me with loaners car.
 
Big thanks to Cheryl for all her help.

I brought it in for a oil change and coolant change and she took care of it the same day, with loaner and a special price!
