how exactly do you get sponsored...do you have to like....go to shows for them and stuff? or do they just give you stuff haha. i'm down for that if they just give you stuff

well last time i got a clear bra sponsor for my lexus cuz i went to sema with blue tape covering almost 60% of my car... i think it was a pity sponsor...


but either ur asked or i ask for it... i send them my profile/resume and depending on their decision there are some requirements u have to fullfill..


OR be like rookie and get a wide ody one of a kind SHOW STOPPER!

and by mentioning a certain product u want... a 100 companies probably will jump on it asking if they can make it for u... :wink: (Or i dream) :bigsmile::6wink:
 
the ones i have are pre-existing companies or friends... i guess u can say im a network monster... im my own myspace? lol

I'm not looking for rims - but if there was a deal - and i liked them, then maybe.
dont know Seuibon??? Just wondering how the sponsorship goes.....I dont want to have to be anyones "B*tch" ya know what I mean.
 
oh yea... i guess that how u look at... well i can get u work/volks/asanti/ALT/etc for fairly cheap... or CHEAP... i know peoples u who either work there, sponsored by them, or owns it.... i gotta look at what they have and wat the conditions are... but if they are good i might take it... + The company is NEW... so i might be able to wing it in... :laugh:
 
for a fairly stock fx..u have more sponsors than everyone else here besides rookie im guessing.very impressive networking skills. Nitto tires and now this new rim company!! Did u end up fixing that big a$$ dent on the side of ur car while drifting ur fx? you should put in a good word with your connects and get some of the guys here some sponsorships yo

no idea... y dont u go out and get sponsors urself... go to a small meet like a dyno day or toys for tots... talk to some reps set up a meet or TT and see how easy it is to find them... nitto i got through a friend who is now with faulken... fujita was a support-ship (couldnt find a word for it @ top of my head)



Most of my deals are to show at small events and meet in turn i get parts/discount... and dood i dont even have the rim company as a sponsor... i have a chance to TALK to them if not its a future contact... if they decide to help me out discount/trade+money watever than ill consider my options then... but dont blast me on the forums... say it in person... ill be at the chino meet ur welcome to come by
 
oh my bad...maybe i heard wrong. i thought thats what you said before about all the drifting u did back then when your fx was supercharged
 
no **** i was following 2 cars... i "drifted" (accidently/lost control) almost hit the guard rail... i guess dent > totalling the car

yea i did... u already know that so i left that out... remmebr the guard rail part? i was really really really close to it... a branch extending outwards
 
oh my bad puppy. i got it twisted then...thought u said u used to drift your fx and what nots. im probably losing my memory:nerd:
 
^^Talk to Da Mayor (kenny). i think he already has a few sponsors for his FX from when he had his Turbo G35 sedan.
