Where do you take your car for Service?

they charged me $350 for 20mm spacer install......so i yelled at them and told them they did horrible business and im never going there again---and i was going to tell poeple not to use them----

they said: "we'll still get plenty of business, have a nice day"

so i like skidded out of the parking lot....i was PO:eek:

you should have reported whoever said that to you to the service manager unless it was he himself who said it, in that case go to the next level. Nissan North America should not have employees saying that...you should call the head office or something and tell them they have DEFINITELY lost your business.

Yup, a couple couple blocks down on Huntington Blvd. there is a MickyDee's and other fast food places.

i spoke to the manager of the dealership.
they offered to do my next service free, and apologized for the employee haveing " a bad day."....they didnt refund my money though :cool:

ill come in next time with a s/c and be like... he said u woudl install it free though..... haha:laugh:
 
Theres a few places on Huntington Dr......Mimis cafe has decent breakfast. Theres a couple of starbucks too.
