Infiniti FX Lowering Springs

There's actually only 4 choices. (2 springs, 2 coilovers) If you look at other vehicles, we have a very small selection to choose from.

Seriously, I'm currently trying to decide on new suspension for my A4... There are so many options it makes my head spin.

TRUST ME i know how u feel hahaha...if i trusted anyone around my area w/ my car I would LOVE to just throw them the keys and tell them to find everything for me haha.

H&R lowering springs

When replacing your springs to H&R lowering springs for an 05' fx35 with 60k miles on it. would you all recommend replacing the stock struts as well. I bought it a month ago and the idiot before me cut the springs WAY to short and i need to replace them asap!

What all will I need to replace with h&r springs. 60k miles. Struts? Strut housing? I'm doing it myself and was please wondering if someone could tell me all the parts and tools I will need

I can't help on the tools needed as I had a shop do them. It was only like $180 for the install.

are camber kits necessary for our fx if we switch to lower springs? if so what kind of camber kits do u guys use?

Majority of us, no. There is only a front camber kit anyways by H&R, Eibach and some others.

You will be able to get it into factory specifications, if not VERY close where I'd still recommend not to use a camber kit.

The alternative to getting a camber kit is to have a knowledgable shop slot the sub-frame (done on my car). Not a big deal at all for shops that know suspensions - and it should be cheaper than a camber kit.

Without a camber kit or slotting the sub frame, it is possible you will still get camber into specification, but then Toe will be borderline or out of spec. Don't know of any Toe kits out there...
