07 FX35 RADIATOR REPLACEMENT

Do you have the FSM? In the CO section, there's a full write-up about removal and installation of the radiator.

Just did my 04 recently. Extremely easy to do. 2 clips knobs on top, the hoses on the bottom. Then pull out. The radiator is held to the fans by 2 screws.

That's it.

I ended up using the Denso 221-3244 that some folks had suggested. $85 on amazon. One thing I will say, is that the air filter is definitely in the way. Spent an unnecessary hour trying to figure out how to pull fan unit and old radiator out. I didn't see that detail mentioned anywhere so I figure I would save someone the headache....(and the time).

I also broke one of the brackets for 1 of the 2 screws on the fan unit haha....so I have ziptied it snug on that side until I figure out the more permanent solution. For some reason, My heat refuses to come on, even after my car has warmed up to temp...not sure if its just brick outside, or if we inadvertently messed something else up.

Sounds more like a bad coolant control valve or a clogged heater core than a radiator problem.
