I don't think there is much gain from the intake...
But the exhaust and cats did make my fx more powerful than my roommate's fx...I can feel that for sure since I was driving his car to take a road test... hope that answers your question~

You have to buy the OEM stainless steel protector and wrap it in 3M carbon fiber DiNOC.
