y-pipe for a awd?

If it's an AWD Y-pipe, you shouldn't need extensions. So any G37 AWD one would work. The extensions are for if you were trying to run a regular Y-pipe on AWD. It pushes the merge further back to clear the transfer case. If you already have AWD Y-pipe, it should clear the transfer case.

has anyone installed or bought the m2 y pipe? hows it holding up. my megan looks like its gonna fall apart

Isnt MEGAN $199 and also in Stainless Steel? Cant be that bad, right?

Is it just surface rust? Or is there other damage? Megan and other cheap companies that use stainless use a lower grade than some more expensive ones. So they will form a lot of surface rust, really doesn't impact anything. M2 would be in that same category so in your climate it will probably look the same after a little while.

i looked under and its all rusty. the outside of the flex pipe fell apart( can see the flex pipe on the inside, and i think i see a leak. ( see fumes coming out from the back side of the flex pipe on a cold start). will check it in the spring

Megan Y pipe is junk ...mine is rotted and makes some serious rattling noises

If it is stainless is deff not the same quality as the Nismo. Nismo looks great the Megan is fully rusted

totally agree, the nismo looks way better then the megan. opps didnt realize this is for 09 fx

I'll take a peek at mine (generic M2 SS / megan like) come spring.

In it for the Nismo clan.

Well, I can't really say the same. I used to have Megan headers on my Honda, and never had any issues as described above. Of course, I lived in Arkansas, and car was always parked in garage, so maybe that explains "no rust" portion... But I would expect Nismo be better, it only 5 times more expensive... :rotfl:
