XM into 04 FX35

So I tried searching and came up with little info. is the 999U9-AS005 tuner what I need plus jumper and antenna?

obviously I hit sat and it comes up saying no sat.

Sirius XM fan store has one for sale but it's 300.00

seems a bit spendy.

I tired ebay and googling old classifieds to find one for sell and nothing, it has to be easier than this. thnx

You can get an XM tuner (non factory) and have it work with the aux input. (had it on my '05) you have to put it into Radio settings B I think. Memory is a bit fuzzy as it was years ago.

Do a search on here there are a lot of old threads about it

When you did it that way. Did all the song titles and info work OK?

I already own the most current tuner if I could make that work that would save some money.
