this happens to be Vauxhall Holden Maloo, Australian.
I thought I had watched a top gear youtube video on this, finally
found it.

That kinda looks like the earlier mystery car. I thought the previous one looked like a Sebring, but wasn't sure after looking up pics.
 
I think someone had a field day at the junk yard... and just decided to piece together random parts...

but it DOES look happy tho... lol. Looks like the Walmart smiley

Awesome fake fender vents on the REAR body panel.

And when I say awesome, I really mean not at all.
