WTF car of the day...

Speaking of which, I'm uploading pics from my phone tonight. Here are some sweet rides I've seen in my hood lately:

I almost didn't post this one because of the terrible pic but I couldn't resist. This thing was a MONSTER. You can see through the rear window, the blower sticking 18" up out of the hood-less engine compartment. A second later as I passed him I saw that the huge blower was in fact perched atop a very large and entirely chromed big block. When I took the pic it was seriously vibrating my rear view mirror at idle. He gassed it a couple times during the mile or so I was behind him, laying a THICK pair of stripes at up to 40mph:



Not really "wtf" worthy, but it looked cool and I hadn't seen one before:

This one was really crazy. So many mods I couldn't even identify the donor car...

it might have potentials if lowered and bigger wheels... but I've seen it a couple times in person... I didn't think much of it. In fact, I think I saw one today. I think the Acura's version... the ZDX is a little better.... but still NOT even the guys over at the Acura forum like it.


btw... today in West Hollywood/West LA... I have never seen sooooo many Porsche Panameras before!!! By far.... one of the ugliest cars on the road... well, it isn't that bad... but for the price you pay? NO WAY. I think I saw 5 of them all within a 5 mile radius... and no, it wasn't the same guy.

That Crosstour doesn't look too bad. definitely better that stock, but thats not saying much.

I really did not like the ZDX when the first pics came out. I saw a couple on the road and it really doesn't look bad, IMO. I think I like it. Still don't like the large front overhang.

Whoa! When I was having my muffler installed there was a guy waiting at the shop with a car just like this only it was the Skittles version! Same paint scheme, but a different candy and different colors...weird.
