Won new car on ebay & seller wont sell... recourse?

Contact a local TV station that helps out end user find recourse on shaddy deals and the dealer will probably give you a quick response.

Had the same thing happen to me but with a travel trailer. "Won" it for about 2k less then they usually go for. The salesman emails me an apologetic letter that they sold that unit but happy to sell me another one they have on their lot. I said no thank you. To my surprise i get an email that an item im watching has been relisted and it was the SAME EXACT trailer. I emailed the salesman back and ask what's going on. He said that must've been a mistake and the listing will be taken down shortly. i watched it get relisted over and over for a few weeks....

Thats just crap, I would have forwarded the link and the emails from the salesperson to Ebay. Thats a clear violation of their rules. You cannot refuse selling an item to someone who is willing to pay you full price and then re-list the item.

I am with this plan. If it is a real dealership and they do big business. Any press like with these kinds of shady practices will affect their bottom line. And the dealership knows that.

They are just looking to lure in suckers, and they hope that others just give up and go elsewhere. I think you should stand up to them and call BS.
