With 2013 FX's Showing Up at Dealers...

I'm debating on what might be the best deal to look for. I'm looking to spend at most about $40K on an FX and I want Premium w/Navigation and Touring package (mostly for the climate controlled seats). I'm hoping I can get into a 2011 or maybe even a 2012 with low miles once folks start trading in for the 2013. I'm going through a dealer as I want a certified used and am OK paying a little premium for that. I nearly bought a 2010 a few weeks ago with 36K miles for around $35,500 but really want something with fewer miles. So based on that I've got a few questions.
1. Is a 2010 loaded up with only 13K miles worth $41K? There's one at the dealer that they've had since spring.
2. I'm assuming that given my budget a new leftover new 2012 would be still out of reach even if I waited until the end of the year?
3. 2011 or 2012 used with low miles...any reason to pick one year over the other?
 
Has anyone tried negotiating on a 2012 yet? 2013's are coming in at the dealer near me and they still have 11 2012's left...wondering how much I could get them down to?
 
Just for point of reference, i bought a brand new 2011 with premium, navigation, and deluxe touring packages for $45,300 in November after the 2012 models were on the lot. MSRP was $53,300.

I'm looking at $37-40K for 2010's and 2011's with low miles...if I can scrape some more cash to go with my trade I'm not that far off. There's a couple at $50,400 that have just the navigation and not premium...I like that cooled seat option but If I can get a 2012 with navigation for low 40 I'd be OK with that.
 
I paid $47K for my 2012 FX35 w/ deluxe touring and premium packages back in May...sticker was $53K. $40K might be a bit of a stretch for a new 2012 with touring and premium, but you might be able to get there if you'll accept one with just premium.
 
I have the cooled seats. Meh, i could do without them. I'd rather have new than a year old for a few thousand dollars, myself.

I nearly did a base FX (no premium or navigation) for $39,000, but i needed a roof rack and really liked the 20 inch wheels.
 
We have brand new 2011 models discounted by $6000, at this price on that year model its "what you see is what you get" they are just trying to move the cars and there is nothing left in them. You won't see 2012's discounted like this for a while because unless someone specifically asks for a 2013 we will most likely still sell them a 2012. However 2012's will be open for negotiation due to the fact that 2013's are here already, just don't expect anywhere near the same discount on a 2013 if they have 11 2012's left.

I have a white on graphite lease return 2010 base with 20k on it that is going for 33k.

What I'm finding is that the prices here in Indiana are higher for used FX35s. I don't know why but that same 2010 would probably be in the upper 30's if not close to 40 here. I'm not interested in a 2013. I'd love to get into a leftover 2012 but after running some numbers I probably need to stick with going used.
 
If its a significant amount more, you could always look into shipping the car. I know professional drifters that buy used AE86 corollas and ship them across country just to get a good car for cheap.

Well, if I could save a bunch after shipping that might be an option. I just had a friend fly out to Arizona from Indiana to buy a Saab and drive it back.
