I've been in the Midwest for the last 3 years but just got an FX35. What are some common things that you guys do to maintain and protect your rides during the harsh snow and winters up here? I'm a complete newbie..
Naw, we're just a group of friendly car enthusiasts, well Infiniti FX especially. Seriously, come join us on Sept. 14th if you have time. Definitely wanted to put a face with the name.
dlove, definitely meet up with the Chicago crew, my wife and I drove down from Ontario and enjoyed a great meet with them. We were treated like Family and thoroughly enjoyed our day with them. I wish we lived closer.
Haha for sure come to the meet. To attempt to answer your question (which will be answered in more detail at the meet by more knowledgeable people) you can "rust proof" underneath the FX. It's for the rough winters where heavy salt is used on the roads. I actually haven't done it but may do it this winter. I am sure there are a few other things too that someone will jump in and say.
