Will this K&N filter fit my 2010 FX35

I have to performance parts for my 2010 FX35 from the US for being a Canadian.
I found a auction on Ebay for K&N filters for a 2009 FX35, it comes out to around $150 canadian for the 2 filters,
so will the filters fit my 2010 FX35?
Anyone buy from this seller before? Or where do u guys buy ur K&N filter from?
