If you're planning to put your oe sensors in there youll have tO reprogram them again. Once all the pressure is off the sensor they have to be recalibrated (per Infiniti service technician)

we have to calibrate the setting? what does that mean? sorry dunno much about

What that means is at since your tire pressure sensors are on your old wheels,you will have no sensors on your new wheels ad hence your flat tire warning light will show on he dash. If you plan on re-installing your oe tire sensors on your new wheels, you will have to have them re-calibrated at the dealer.
