Will bull bar interfere with ACC and lane departure?

Planning on getting item number 370227930863 from ebay. It's a bull guard with a shield.

But I want to make sure it won't interfere with the ACC and lane departure.
I heard both items are located on the lower grill area.
 
It will only affect ICC, if it blocks the box. This pic should help you determine that, and if you really think the LDWS will be affected.

It does not interfere with the laser cruise control (I have a bull bar).
 
it may help, since I (w/o) bull bar will get false readings when Im close to a semi truck (on right)

hey chedman13, did you notice anything like that?

The Bull bar that I had does not block the laser box at all.

The assisted cruise control is okay -- as you said, cars/trucks at different heights, etc... get false readings sometimes, my bull bar had nothing to do with this. So in short no different with the cruise control with the bull bar on or off.
