will a 350z exhaust bolt right up to a fx35 ???

Yes & no. It will bolt up but wont sit where you want it to. You need to first cut the flanges on the 350z mufflers and then extend them or shorten them depending on your configuration and weld them back up. I put 370Z exhaust mufflers on my 5.0 qx70
 
That would be just for the muffler end.
To add the rest of a cat back, the Y pipe is the same with no mods needed, but the mid is too short. The easiest way to get to length is to add a G35 extension to the midpipe.
