Get that 4.5L motor to 5.4L and supercharge it. If you do that and make 450+ awhp you will have my dream FX :glasses:

Those fenders combined with that offset/width is almost perfect. The fenders even look stock, which is what amazes me. I want to see a good 100% rear shot, because the FX is a wide mofo to begin with...

Looks awesome. I take it 1/3 is visually stunning exterior, next 1/3 is interior and last 1/3 is a stroked/bored 5.4L supercharged?

Hm.. maybe he's going to swap in the 5.6 L VK56DE V8, and a Stillen Eaton supercharger. But, my guess is a large single turbo setup...

p.s. berto, there's already two small nicks on your passenger rear fender right before the rear wheel... :( same spot i have a bunch of nicks

Haha, damn you have a sharp eye. Never would have seen that.

Turned out very well man, nice and clean. It takes longer to get it right even with a detailed plan, way to hang in there!

I thought they were just specs of dirt or a reflection, nicks already would suck.
idk man it looks like two little nicks to me....down to the primer

How much did all this cost you? It looks AWESOME

Although it would look good with the wheels undoubtedly, it wouldn't be very stealthy

I'm actually a little confused as to why you didn't body match the door handles, too cheesy looking?

Now now Ed.. No teasing...

Hmm? This could happen. You never know.. Stay tuned.

The interior will be done by the end of next week.

Plan to do the entire inner roof and pillars black suede and redo the seats with Black and Red stitching like our background here on IS.

As for the nicks.. there are not nicks on the FX. there is some touch up work that AutoExplosion will need to do but after I redo the interior and might want to redo the Engine bay again.

The engine bay came out great but there are some more pieces that need to be color matched.

As for adding more chrome or deleting any of it I am still pondering it. I agree that the Roof Rails might be a good addition but if I do this I might as well get the Window trims done to match the rails. This is something that I know I will regret latter on. Allot of my Tunner friends tell me that it was a headache to get the trim to always look good. Scratches and scruff marks will be inevitable and I know this is something I want to avoid.

Thanks to all for the compliments and I will be taking some more shots of the beatifull ass today.

My thoughts:

Don't do the window trim.
Make the rails brushed aluminum.
Make all that is chrome to brushed aluminum (handles, emblems, rear hatch trim)
