I see some pics on the web of the covers, pcv is moved to the rear of the passenger side valve cover, driver side breather valve is toward the inside of the motor vs the outside.

I think most of the plenum mods are relatively the same in performance.

Here's a dyno Sharif@forged did on a TT G35 Crawford plenum before Cosworth plenum after.

Here's some of it outside the engine bay. Should've taken pics of the underside too since it's mirror shiny under there too.

So, does it replace the upper plenum and lower collector?

Yep, upper and lower pieces are replaced. Sooo much easier to get to say injectors and plugs now. I was able to move the brake booster hose to underneath which is mucho cleaner in the engine bay now.
