the only thing I'm worried about is, the new fx is not a McPherson strut like the first gen's. on a McPherson strut the alignment doesn't change much besides just toe when lowered. this is why you see some first gens when lowered wind up with alignment issues in the rear but not the front. the second gen uses an upper & lower control arm even in the front, so front alignment could wind up being an issue here, I'm guessing they make bolt compensation kits for the G's so maybe there usable here, but this could be an issue that no one has touched on yet I think... I'm sure there is some room for adjustment with the factory setup but hard to know if it'll be enough room for adjustment to compensate for this lowering...
damn i would be to! let me know if there will be any more left![]()
Here are the Part #'s.eibach is very great, but for fx50 ? (
Hollywood, are you getting your new Eibachs installed this week? I believe it was this week that Eibach were estimating they would be ready.
With Eibach springs on the 1st Gen, Eibach says it will be 1.2" drop both front and rear. So I would imagine it should be about the same for the 2nd Gen springs.how much lower this will do?

I just quoted what it says on the Eibach site for a 1st Gen FX35.They have to be lower than that. On my 45 my rear wheels are pretty much tucked and front is about a finger and a half.
