I just added some info at the bottom of my long winded post above on how to get the best deal from a dealer. I had spent a decade in the business so I am glad to offer any info that might help.
Oh, get your own financing before you go in, unless your gonna pay cash. Don't buy an extended warranty, Credit life or disability. They are all scams. But don't tell the dealer that until you get into the F&I office as they may give you a better deal up front thinking they can make it up in the "back end". Oh and never, ever, trade in car!! I mean EVER!!
