New 'round these parts but really like what I see so far. Got an '04 FX 35 AWD with 162k miles on the ODO. Just recently the horn stop beeping and the lights stop flashing when I press the lock button on the remote. I checked the option set-up and it is set for those things to happen. The locks do engage so it is really just "one of those things" but still I can't figure why it just decided to stop. Any ideas?

ok if i recall correctly, hold the lock button on your fob for more than 5-10secs that should solve it

what if that does not work? I don't care, I have aftermarket, but I had similar issue before, and holding both buttons did not solve it. :eek.:

Right. We only get the beep or horn option in the settings with the handle buttons. I prefer the beep too.

I would look and change it, but honestly, I'm too lazy. I use the handle button 99.9% of the time anyways.
