Ok, some of you know I bought a set of wheels from another member. I had to buy spacers to clear the calipers and then hub centric rings. I ended up going with 10mm ichiba spacers and plastic hub centric rings. Well after install i had a bad wheel shake and had the wheels rebalanced and still shake so I took everyhting off and determined that the rings are not matting up to the spacers completly flush and the spacer is not fitting tight to the wheel. Also the wheel hub bore is not deep enough for the rings that come with the spacers and preventing it from matting to the wheel completely flush. So I have determined that I have two options, first it to keep the rings that came with the 10mm spacers and have new hub centric rings made that are not as thick and use 12mm spacers. Or have a custom metal ring to go from the spacer to the wheel. So, what do you guys think is my best option? I think the metal ring from the spacer to the hub is my best option but probably the most expensive. Again, do any of you know where i could have something like this made? I know I could go to a machine shop but I would prefer someone that is familiar with what I am trying to do. I have too much money in this project to scrap it and don't want o half ass it. I want no shake or vibrations. Any help would be appreciated, thanks in advance!
