Wheels I'm considering (Photoshop)

Picked out Forgestars in a silver finish. Ordered through Charles @ B2Auto 6 weeks ago.. I hope they get here soon..

Sweet, I was talking to Charles about the F14's =) Haven't pulled the trigger... yet...

If you do, do it soon.. Delivery times seem to go up as the summer approaches.. I hope to get mine in a week or so, at least before I leave for Dallas. But......

are those F14s PS as 20" or 22"?

The PS on the avatar is a 22" F14... It will look large in person due to the full face design.

pretty straight forward... 22x 9 et 30 with 265/40/22.. should be a slight tuck.. thought about a wider wheel, but didn't want to deal with any steering issues.

If you want deep concave, then go for the 22x10.5 with ~30 et.

^i mean the one below
is it wise to get staggered for the RWD?

Those are 22s.... If you are RWD, then going staggered is a big HELL YES .. You won't have any issues with drivability; heck there are a few AWD guys here running stagg. Go for it!

^i know someone selling a 20" but G37 spec, i really don't think 22" will be okay for me, probably too rough of a ride and sidewall not high enough for protection
not sure if it'll fit, i still have to get more info on them.
are you rocking them on your car now?

22's really aren't bad at all. I drive in Chicago and the pot holes are the size of my car (okay, maybe not that big), and I also use 38 PSI cold -- and the ride is still good.

I've had 18's, 20's and 22's -- you can tell the difference between 18's and 22's, but not that much between 22's and 20's.

You can always run 285/40/22 to get the most sidewall.

Definitely run staggered regardless of RWD or not! Just make sure you get the same size tire diameter or very close to.

I was going to run 22x10.5 and 22x12 on my FX AWD, with 305/35/22 tires. Tire fits both and the overall diameter will be the same = no awd issues.

F14's are great looking wheels. B2 didn't have the F14F in 22"s when I was looking for wheels, just F14s. Ian, I think you should go 285/40 at the least like Andrew did. I don't think there will be any steering issues. Have you decided on the tire brand yet?

Regarding steering, I was talking about 10.5 wheels following ruts in the road, I hate that.. So I just wanted a larger wheel, but not too wide.. Tires (st 2's 265) and tpms are all set, but no wheels as of yet... going on 6 weeks, as I've said during the meet, I have very little patience .

Oh that's right you did tell me Toyos at the meet. Don't feel too bad yet.....I went on close to nine weeks waiting for mine. :err: Maybe by then, BC will release coilovers for the 2Gs. :ninja:

For me, it all depends on new A arms being developed to address the camber issue.. I drive at least 16K a year and would have purchased H&Rs weeks ago, but don't feel like replacing the tires every year:err:. Hopefully, someone comes out with one.

Last I heard from Charles, Forgestar was waiting for the wheels to come back from powder coat...So hopefully.....

I had to wait for my Enkeis a total of 8 weeks when I got mine. It seemed like eternity.

Charles is great to deal with. I just got my silver F14 a month ago. They look great on my white FX35 2010

Still have not received mine, 9 weeks now; shipping, but I'll believe it when I see them. Charles is fine, but the communication between he and Forgestar leaves a lot to be desired. It's like the left hand not knowing what the right is doing. Forgestar/Iforged might be a large player in the industry, but with their customer service it will not enjoy that status for many years.

You should start a thread and post up some pics of your wheels.

Well the wait would be worth it. Those are some nice looking wheels.

That would be pretty awesome. I would love to have even wider wheels than 295 in the back.
